I have the wonderful opportunity of meeting Jenn Hendershott’s PHAT Camp in Phoenix, at the end of this month. For the people who dont’ know who she is, she is the Miss Olympia in 2008. She teaches women like me how to exercise and eat right, and the start is eating healthy foods. She also throws in a bit of competition training (which will never apply to me, not my thing).

Well PHAT Camp can stand for whatever you want it to stand for, but in Jen said that is stands for Power, Hard work, Ambition, and Triumph. Like this very popular machine called treadmill, it really makes being fit easy.

I was so amazed on how she keeps her body sexy and firm. I really admire her body that I want my wife to be like her, fit and healthy at the same time…
