Avoid Heel Pains

Walking is kind of exercise that if you don’t take it serious, you might experience excessive heel pain or Plantar Fasciitis. For relief, try to put you feet on a night splints that will gently flex the foot and toes overnight to help provide mornings free from chronic pain. This will surely reduce overreacts from your heel from walking and even jogging.
